On Friday, July 4th Independence Day, Metro Bus/Rail will operate Sunday service.
4th of July Celebration

Metro Rail will extend service on Friday, July 4, 2008 to accommodate those attending
Buffalo’s official “4th of July Celebration,”
Central Wharf at Erie Canal Harbor Station.
Last train leaves 1 hour after fireworks.
Thruway Mall

Effective Sunday, June 22, 2008: All trips on the routes identified above will now use the main entrance on Walden Avenue to enter and exit the Thruway Mall before going through the Transit Center. Passengers will board all buses, going toward Buffalo or toward Galleria Mall at the bus stop closer to Wal-Mart. The bus stop closer to Tops Market will be used for "de-boarding" passengers only. Summer Schedules

Summer schedules will be effective June 22, 2008. Normal seasonal changes will affect several routes.
