Buffalo State College Unlimited Access Pass

Eligible students include all Buffalo State College full and part time undergraduate students.

Pick up your Metro unlimited access pass at the Butler Library.

Replacement pass fee is $10.00.

  • Route 206, Buffalo State Circulator. Runs along the perimeter road on campus, serving most buildings at Buffalo State.
  • Route 207, Elmwood Circulator. Provides service around Buffalo State and along Elmwood Ave. Forest Ave., Bryant and Richmond. (currently services Adams Mark)
  • Late Night Express Service, Route 20E provides students with free and safe weekend transportation to and from Buffalo's entertainment districts and Chippewa Street, until 4:00 a.m.

ECC STUDENTS MUST REGISTER TO RECEIVE A METRO UNLIMITED ACCESS PASS!

ELIGIBILITY:

ECC City campus full/part-time and city matriculated students enrolled in six (6) or more credit hours, and ECC North and South campus’ full/part-time and North and South matriculated students enrolled in six (6) or more credit hours at more than one campus.

REGISTRATION FOR METRO TRANSIT PASSES:

When: August 30 – September 24, 2010

Where: ON Campus Only -- HTTPS://HELPDESK.ECC.EDU/NFTA

Valid Fare: Upon registering for a Metro pass, students will be required to print their receipt. This receipt must be presented to the Dean of Student’s office at the appropriate campus. The student will then be issued an ECC Temporary Pass that will include the student’s name and ID number. This pass along with a current ECC student ID will be valid fare for Metro services until October 1, 2010. Metro operators will not accept temporary passes if there is evidence of tampering and/or altering of any sort. Lost or stolen Temporary passes will not be replaced.

Student ID’s are only valid for use until September 3, 2010. Afterwards, students will be required to present both the Temporary Pass and their student ID as indicated above.

Cost: A fifteen-dollar fee assessed by the college will be placed on each student’s bill upon registration for the Metro unlimited access pass per semester.

DISTRIBUTION OF METRO PASSES:

When: September 7 – October 1, 2010

Where: City Campus Lobby and North and South Campus’ Dean of Student Offices

NOTE: Students may only pick up passes at the campus where they registered online.

After October 1, 2010, a valid Metro unlimited access transit pass will be required to use Metro services. When using Metro transit passes, each student must also have a current ECC student ID with him or her at all times.

REPLACEMENTS:
Lost or stolen Metro unlimited access transit passes can be replaced only once for a $10 fee. Originals will be cancelled in the Metro system and will no longer be valid.

Medaille College Unlimited Access Pass

Eligible students include all Medaille full and part time undergraduate students.

Replacement pass fee is $5.00.

  • MetroLink Circulator Shuttle, Route 209 now operates from the remote zoo parking lot on Jewett and Parkside to and from the college, Monday-Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while school is in session. All enrolled undergraduate students will have the ability to park and ride free of charge, using their Unlimited Access pass.
