Road Conditions
  • Traffic Conditions will be updated weekdays from 5 til 9 AM and from 3 til 6 PM.
Current Traffic Conditions
  • TUESDAY, 3/16:  CONSTRUCTION WORK WILL BEGIN ON THE 290 WEST TO THE 190.  EXPECT LANE RESTRICTIONS ON RAMP FROM THE 290 WEST TO THE 190 SOUTH, ALSO ON THE 290 WEST TO THE 190 NORTH. EXEPCT DELAYS.
  • TUESDAY (7:30 AM TO 3 PM):  THE RAMP FROM THE INBOUND 33 TO HUMBOLDT PARKWAY WILL BE CLOSED FOR EMERGENCY GUARD RAIL REPAIRS.
  • Traffic Conditions will be updated weekdays from 5 til 9 AM and from 3 til 6 PM.
Trouble Spots
  • Motorists may encounter lengthy delays at times at the International Bridges... to check current bridge conditions, call 1-800-715-6722, then press 2. Conditions are updated as necessary.
  • There have been reports of ice on most on and off ramps, so remember to reduce your speed.
Construction Delays
  • 290/190 INTERCHANGE RECONSTRUCTION: BEGINNING TUESDAY(3/16)& CONTINUING THROUGH NOVEMBER: THE RAMPS FROM THE 290 WEST TO THE 190 NORTH & THE 190 SOUTH WILL BE REDUCED TO A SINGLE LANE...ANTICIPATE DELAYS THAT WILL BE SEVERE DURING MORNING & AFTERNOON COMMUTE HOURS. YOU SHOULD BEGIN PLANNING ALTERNATE ROUTES!
  • ON WEDNESDAY(3/17)THE RAMP FROM THE 190 SOUTH TO THE 290 EAST WILL BE REDUCED TO A SINGLE LANE THROUGH NOVEMBER.
  • ON THURSDAY(3/18)THE CONNECTOR RAMP FROM SHERIDAN DRIVE TO THE 190 NORTH WILL BE CLOSED THROUGH NOVEMBER.
  • Washington Street has been RE-OPENED from Clinton to North Division after being closed for several months, however crews are continuing to dig in the street so several Metro Buses are still being re-routed.
  • Rapids Road in Newstead is closed for bridge repair between Salt and Kelkenburg until further notice.
