HELP SHAPE THE FUTURE OF TRANSIT WITH NFTA’S ABBG SURVEY
BUFFALO, N.Y.- The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) is calling on riders to take part in the American Bus Benchmarking Group Fixed Route Customer Satisfaction Survey, an important initiative to enhance public transit services.
The survey, scheduled to run for four weeks from Monday, April 22nd through May 19th, plays a pivotal role in shaping NFTA’s services to better meet the needs and expectations of its riders of both bus and rail.
The feedback gathered provides invaluable insights into how NFTA’s service compares with similar transit systems to identify key areas for growth. The survey is voluntary, anonymous, and is comprised of 19 short questions.
"We value the opinions of our riders and are committed to providing efficient, reliable and accessible transportation services," said James Morrell, Director of NFTA Metro. "By engaging with the community through this survey, we can identify challenges and opportunities to better serve our riders.”
Past survey’s responses helped to establish a bus shelter expansion program, create a task force to improve on-time performance, and increase cleaning times on buses and trains.
Riders are encouraged to make their voices heard by accessing the survey during the designated four-week period and can be entered to win one of five $25 Tops gift cards or a monthly Metgo pass. To take the ABBG Survey on April 22, please visit NFTA.com.
