Mike Finn
Director, Engineering and PropertyMichael (Mike) Finn, P.E., is the Director of Engineering and Property at the NFTA. The Western New York native leads the engineering, facilities, and property departments for the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority. The responsibilities in this role include leading the planning of capital projects, setting maintenance goals, ensuring regulatory safety compliance, and managing the organization’s infrastructure. Prior to this position Finn was the executive director of the Greater Buffalo Niagara Regional Transportation Council (GBNRTC) and previously worked for 11 years at the City of Buffalo in multiple positions including Commissioner of Public Works, Parks and Streets as well as City Engineer. Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo and lives in Buffalo with his wife and two sons.
