The black Nissan Pathfinder identified in the hit-and-run.

After an extensive investigation, Niagara Frontier Transit Authority Police arrested 51-year-old Travis Rosario of Niagara Falls Monday, for the hit-and-run involving a pedestrian at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport on February 27.

Rosario was charged with a felony for leaving the scene of an accident that left a 44-year-old Williamsville man hospitalized with serious injuries.

The victim has since been released from ECMC and is now receiving treatment at a rehabilitation center.

Rosario is scheduled to be arraigned in Cheektowaga court on March 28.
